Marianne Hartman Tichenor has over 20 years of experience in student and multifamily housing. After working in software training and systems conversions, she ran a user support center at Western Illinois University while becoming a landlord and founding her own property management company.  She then worked for several years as the Director of Residential Property for a student housing company at the University of Illinois where she oversaw the leasing, HR and IT staff, and performed market and data analysis.  Marianne has an M.B.A from the University of Illinois where she specialized in change management.  She has a B.S. in Biology with an emphasis in entomology and would love to identify insects for you.
